COVID-19 Statement – Updated 8th July 2020

During this time, our focus continues to be the health and well-being of our Homeowners and Team. In line with changes to Government guidelines, we can now offer private viewings of apartments, but our communal facilities do remain closed. We kindly ask you limit visitors to two individuals, where possible.

Keeping our Homeowners safe is of paramount importance, and we’ve introduced tighter measures in response to the current situation. Alongside industry regulatory guidance, we are ensuring strict hygiene practices are maintained and strictly monitored across all our Adlington Retirement Living developments. Restrictions are being imposed on all non-essential visitors, and all social gatherings in the communal facilities have been postponed until further notice.

Our Homeowners live independently, however our 24-hour on-site team remain on hand to do everything they can to support individuals’ needs within their own homes and provide extra services during these difficult circumstances.

We are offering help and guidance to all our Homeowners on how they can still keep in touch with friends and family, and it’s great to see many have embraced these challenging times and endeavour to keep their communities engaged via virtual platforms.
