When you have chosen your new apartment, we help by passing your details to our part exchange partner to get the process moving. We are on hand each step of the way, supporting you with the sale of your existing property.
The part exchange company that we will recommend consider most types of residential property for a part exchange, whether they have a higher or lower value than our apartments. A survey will be completed and you will be given a fair part exchange offer for consideration.
Once you have taken time to consider the offer from our part exchange partner and you’re happy to proceed, you can finalise your reservation on your brand-new Adlington apartment and start planning your move.
The part exchange process can move very quickly, so that you can be settled in to your new home quicker than you may ever have imagined, in most case this is in as little as eight weeks time.
