What happens on the day of the move?
When the big day arrives, you’ll find plenty of support and advice from our team on-site. We’re on hand to make your move into your Adlington retirement apartment as seamless and simple as possible.
You’ll receive a warm welcome to your retirement living community on the day you move in. Our sales team will greet you and present you with your keys and a fob to access the building.
Home demonstration
Our team will show you around your new retirement apartment and provide an overview of how everything works.
Don’t worry if you don’t take it all in, a more detailed demonstration can be arranged for a later date when you have more time.
Free handyman service
Our complimentary handyman service is available for eight hours to fit curtain poles and hang pictures.
Again, there’s no need to do this on day one. You can arrange a convenient date and time to suit you once you’ve settled into retirement village life.
Welcome hamper
We want your moving day to feel special, so you’ll find a welcome hamper waiting for you, including a bottle of champagne, condiments, and personalised stationery.
Complimentary lunch
If you would like a break, whilst your removal team take your belongings to your new retirement apartment, you can enjoy a complimentary welcome lunch for up to four people in the restaurant.
Or, if you prefer your privacy, we can arrange for a cold platter of sandwiches to be delivered to your apartment for you to enjoy as you make yourself at home
The management team
Our friendly management team will introduce themselves on your move-in day and will be happy to help you with anything else you need to help you settle in.
Of course, we offer 24/7 support so we’re always on hand if you need anything.
