Across our retirement living properties, Adlington Management Services (AMS) takes care of all the practical aspects of running our retirement communities.
More importantly, AMS creates a caring, supportive environment to positively contribute to the health, happiness and well-being of our homeowners.
Each AMS team consists of General and Duty Managers, who mostly come from a hospitality or care sector background. So, our retirement communities are secure and safe, offering plenty of support for any of our homeowners or guests who need it.
Members of the AMS team are on hand for all the little things, as well as the big, and provide a consistent, outstanding service for our homeowners. In fact, a recent survey found that 100% of homeowners would recommend living in an Adlington Retirement Living community to friends or family.
Keeping our homeowners safe is at the top of our priority list. So, entry to our retirement communities is by a secure fob-activated system for homeowners. For visitors, a video intercom is linked to either the desired apartment or to the on-site support team.
A sophisticated wireless emergency call system is fitted to each apartment and at key locations around the building. The system alerts our 24-hour on-site support team when assistance is required. Emergency fall buttons are also installed in all shower rooms.
The Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO) is the main body representing the Integrated Retirement Community sector in the UK.
As an approved ARCO operator, we seek to maintain the highest standards and work to a clear framework for the operation and delivery of Integrated Retirement Communities.
