reassured.
No. Our apartments are for independent living, with optional care available if needed.
We offer flexible care packages that adapt and evolve as needs may change, so your loved ones can stay in their home longer.
Yes, our homeowners purchase their apartment on a long leasehold basis. It’s their property, and they retain full control over it – just like any other home.
The property becomes part of their estate and can be inherited or sold, just like any privately owned home. The purchaser or occupier must meet our age requirements and pass a health assessment. It is important to note the Service Charge is payable even when the apartment is empty.
Yes, we’re always transparent about our costs. At some of our communities there is a Communal Facilities Fee (CFF) which is payable upon the sale of your home, or if there is a change of occupier so you can enjoy the facilities now but pay for them later. This fee ensures that homeowners experience first-class communal facilities, today and in the future.
Full details are provided upfront, so there are no surprises.
Many families find that the peace of mind, well–being, and reduced need for future care offset the costs. It’s also often a way to release equity from a larger family home. Our apartments are high-quality, well-located, and hold their value well.
Families are always welcome to visit, and guest suites are available for overnight stays at all of our communities which are complete with an en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Guests can also make use of our on-site facilities like the restaurant and coffee lounge.
Security is a key priority. Our communities have secure entrances, 24/7 emergency call systems, and friendly on-site teams. It’s a safe, worry-free environment for your loved ones.
Book a visit to one of our communities to find out more about the properties and lifestyle on offer. If you can’t make it to us between 10am – 5pm, get in touch with our helpful team and we may be able to accommodate your visit at a time convenient to you.
