For many people, it’s not choosing a new home that’s difficult, it’s everything that comes with leaving the old one.

Sorting through years of treasured possessions, preparing your property for sale, organising removals, managing solicitors and unpacking boxes. It’s easy to see why so many people put off making a move they’d otherwise love to make.

That’s why we’ve created The Move with Ease Package.

Designed to make moving as straightforward and stress-free as possible, we’ll support you every step of the way, from preparing your current home for sale through to helping you settle comfortably into your new apartment. We’ll even take care of many of the costs.

Working alongside our trusted partners, The Senior Move Partnership (TSMP), we’ll arrange for your current home to be professionally staged to present it at its very best to prospective buyers. You’ll receive expert downsizing support, helping you decide what to bring with you, while creating detailed floor plans to show exactly how your furniture can fit beautifully into your new apartment.

Our dedicated in-house Sales Progression Team will then guide you from reservation through to completion, liaising with solicitors and helping to keep your move progressing smoothly. To make things even easier, we’ll also cover your legal fees for both the sale of your current home and the purchase of your new Adlington apartment, including Stamp Duty at Brookfields House, Newcastle-under-Lyme and The Spindles, Menston.

When it’s approaching time to move, TSMP will arrange removal surveys, obtain competitive quotations, organise the chosen removal company and oversee the entire process on your behalf, including all-risk transit insurance, giving you complete peace of mind.

Once you’ve arrived, the support continues. Your belongings can be unpacked and carefully put away, your beds made and your apartment prepared for your first evening. If you’d prefer to leave the final touches until the following day, you can enjoy a complimentary overnight stay in our guest suite on the night of completion.

To help you feel at home from day one, we’ll also provide a personal demonstration of your new apartment and, once you’re settled, a full day’s handyman service to help hang pictures, assemble furniture or complete those finishing touches that truly make a house feel like home.
