Moving in day and settling in your new home

Once legal completion has taken place your sales team will provide you with the keys to your new apartment and fob to access the building.

A warm welcome

Upon arrival the sales and management team will welcome you to your new home and ensure you have everything you need. The sales team will guide you through a short home demonstration, or if you prefer a full home demonstration can be arranged at a later date.

Moving assistance

Free Handyman service

Our complimentary Handyman service is available for eight hours to fit curtain poles and hang pictures, to make your new apartment feel like home right from the start. You can book this through the sales team at a time to suit.

Welcome hamper

Moving into your new home is a special moment. That’s why you’ll find a thoughtfully prepared welcome hamper with our compliments. To help you celebrate your move with friends and family we will also include a complimentary lunch voucher for four people in the restaurant.

Enjoy your complimentary lunch

Whilst the removal team begin to take your belongings to your new apartment you can take a break to relax and enjoy a delicious welcome lunch in the restaurant with our compliments (for up to four people). Or, if you prefer your own privacy we can arrange for a cold platter of sandwiches to be delivered to your apartment – leaving you to enjoy the first night in your new home.

The management team

While moving-in is the end of the homebuying process, it’s good to know that you’re still in safe hands. The sales team will still be on hand to assist with helping you settle into your new home. The friendly management team will make a visit on your move-in day to introduce themselves and will be the best team to speak to after your move as they are responsible for the daily operations of the building and services.
