The team consists of General and Duty Managers, who mostly come from a hospitality or care sector background. They help to make our retirement communities secure and safe, offering plenty of support for our homeowners or guests.
Members of the team are on hand to help you with tasks big or small, and provide a consistent, outstanding service. In fact, a recent survey found that 100% of homeowners would recommend living in an Adlington Retirement Living community to friends and family.
Round the clock support is available from our dedicated team, 365 days a year.
Though most of our homeowners do not make use of an optional personal care package, our 24-hour on-site team provide the reassurance that you and your family appreciate. They give you the peace of mind that if anything did happen, help would be available.
