Whether it’s supporting the sale of your current property, liaising with estate agents, or making arrangements for moving-in day, we are here to help and answer any questions you have.
Help with moving house
We offer a complimentary two-hour consultation with a professional specialist moving advisor who can tailor your needs to suit your circumstances. Our partner is The Senior Move Partnership.
A personal clerk service will help arrange change of utilities, organise removals and print change of address cards. We also offer a delicious lunch in our restaurant on the day you move in.
Decluttering and downsizing
Following the free two-hour consultation with The Senior Move Partnership, some of our homeowners choose to engage them to help clear the attic, sort the garage and downsize belongings – even arranging for items to be sent to family members, auction or local charity shops.
Expert management team
Once you’ve moved in, you’re still in safe hands. Our friendly management team will introduce themselves and be happy to help you settle in.
We’re here for you 24/7, for whatever you need. From maintenance queries to support, our management team are on-site and on call.
