Homeowners at The Cottons in Ramsbottom welcomed a local author last...
Homeowners moving to The Sailings on Alexandra Road in Southport this week will receive a warm welcome from a new, hand-picked team.
The exclusive development, from Adlington Retirement Living, offers a selection of 55 beautiful apartments designed for retired homeowners to choose the way they want to live, totally independent and worry free.
Now a team of nine staff from Adlington Management Services (AMS), the newly formed property management arm of Adlington Retirement Living, have been appointed to ensure that the property is maintained to the highest standard from day one.
Over the coming weeks, the team will introduce homeowners to the communal facilities at The Sailings, from the beautifully landscapes gardens, with summerhouse for use by the Homeowners, to the coffee area, Homeowners’ lounge, table service restaurant, hair dressing salon, therapy room and activities studio.
Alexandra Johnson, Sales and Marketing Director for Adlington Retirement Living said: “Moving into an Adlington Retirement Living apartment is far more than just moving into a new home. It’s a chance to become part of a thriving community of like-minded people, with a shared outlook. Our communities provide a safe, secure and happy environment with a circle of friends, a family of like-minded people and a sense of belonging.”
Karen Chicken, General Manager at The Sailings, said: “We care about our Homeowners and we want to provide a truly welcoming, homely environment for everyone. Our priority is always to do the best we can – whether that is arranging for a personal health care package or helping with everyday tasks. We aim to provide a community spirit along with promoting independence and individual respect.”
Karen and her team have over 40 years of health, social care and hospitality experience making them perfectly placed to provide outstanding customer service to homeowners.
