The rental price per month excludes the monthly Service & Well-being Charge, council tax, electricity costs and home contents insurance. Request a copy of our Rental Handbook for full details. At the commencement of the agreement, five-weeks rental is payable in advance as a security deposit, to be held by a government approved tenancy deposit scheme.
You will be agreeing to a minimum six-month to 12-month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, renewable by agreement.
Should you choose to purchase your apartment, up to 12 month’s rent will be discounted from the purchase price dependant on how long you have lived there. This discount is not available in conjunction with any other incentive.
Rental option available on select apartments only. Customers will be required to have a health care assessment prior to contracts being agreed, funded by Adlington Retirement Living. Any personal care requirements are payable by the customer directly to the care provider. Rent is subject to an annual price review. Subletting is prohibited.
