Stamp duty holiday extended

We welcome the recent announcement that the stamp duty holiday has been extended to June 2021 for purchases up to £500,000, and to September 2021 for purchases up to £250,000. This is excellent news for retired homeowners looking to downsize from their family homes which are too large for their needs, allowing them to find a home where they can retain their independence and enjoy retirement to the full.
