Two-years’ Free Service and Well-being Charge Offer

The free Service and Wellbeing Charge incentive will be paid by Adlington Retirement Living to the management company from the date of move for the term of your incentive, i.e. two years. At the end of this term, you will be expected to pay the monthly Service & Wellbeing Charge directly to the management company.

Move For Free Offer

ARL will contribute towards the cost of your move to an ARL apartment to include the full value of the Stamp duty attracted, plus a contribution towards estate agent fees, legal costs and removal costs.
The total value of ARL contribution will be deducted from the purchase of your ARL apartment and detailed on your completion statement
Stamp duty value calculated based on the single property purchase rate for your ARL apartment.
Estate Agent fees capped at £7,500 (inc VAT).
ARL will contribute £2,500 towards legal and removal costs – ARL partner solicitor to be used to qualify for this offer.

Supported Sale Offer – Estate Agent, Legal & Removal Costs

Adlington will pay your estate agent fees, plus contribute £2,500 towards your legal and removal costs.
Adlington will cover estate agent fees, providing that an offer is accepted by you within six weeks of being on the market, for properties up to £500,000.
For properties over £500,000 and up to a maximum of £800,000, a contribution of 0.5% + VAT of the sale price will be required to be paid by you.
Your Full Moving Package terms will expire should an offer not be received on your current property within six weeks.
