We recently welcomed Mark Menzies MP to our brand-new retirement community, on Wharf Street in Lytham.
The MP donned a hard hat and high viz jacket to help lay a brick and view plans for the 65 age-exclusive apartments with Managing Director Dr Ed Gladman and Site Manager Wayne Green.
Mr Menzies said: “It was a pleasure to visit the construction site of The Sidings and meet the team. I know how important it is that people are able to maintain their independence into retirement. Developments like this allow them to do that while living in the heart of our community.
“I look forward to returning and meeting new homeowners when the project is completed.”
