This covers services such as buildings insurance, water usage, gardens upkeep and maintenance, external window cleaning, lighting, heating and cleaning of all communal areas, day-to-day buildings and facilities maintenance, a subsidy for the on-site table service restaurant to enable Homeowners to enjoy a delicious three course meal at exceptionally good value and peace of mind, knowing that a member of the team is on site and on duty 365 days a year 24 hours a day.

Anybody looking to buy in the next six months will also be able to take advantage of the Government’s recent increase to the stamp duty threshold in England. The changes mean there’s no stamp duty to pay on properties costing £500K or less from now until 31 March 2021, which reduces stamp duty to zero on most Adlington Retirement Living apartments.
