Some helpful guidance on keeping in touch

As we’re all staying at home and isolating to stay safe, many of us are learning to live differently and using all sorts of online options to keep in touch with family and friends.

Some of our Homeowners are already using apps to make video calls, but not everybody is familiar with the technology. We’ve put together a guide to using Facetime, Messenger and WhatsApp that you can refer to or share with somebody else who might find it useful.

We’ve included some information on downloading apps to get started if you don’t already have them installed on your smart phone or tablet.

We’ve also put together some frequently asked questions to help with any difficulties you may have (like activating your microphone or camera) which you can read by downloading the guide.
