The Newells Celebrates Its One-year Anniversary
Homeowners at The Newells celebrate the community’s one-year anniversary. Since opening...
Gold award winning retirement developer, Adlington, has started work on ‘The Chimes’, consisting of 48 luxury apartments for those over the age of 60.
Adlington’s new site is situated at the former Travis Perkins Builders Merchants, just off Lime Grove, and the £11million construction undertaken by Congleton based company Adlington, is set to create over 25 jobs in the local area.
Claire Reede, Adlington Marketing Manager commented: “The business continues to grow from strength to strength, and our recent Gold Award win for Best Retirement Development at The WhatHouse? Awards 2017 – UK housebuilding’s most prestigious event – is testament to all our efforts.”
“The site sits in the heart of the community and a short walk from Cheadle’s High Street; to provide elegant retirement living apartments, with the option of 24-hour care, in such a convenient location is fantastic. Our apartments are great for those looking to downsize and we pride ourselves in helping purchasers every step of the way; from helping to sell their original property, de-cluttering and removals, to a complimentary handyman service when they move in.”
The development of one, two and three bedroom spacious apartments will feature prestigious facilities including a table service restaurant, well-appointed homeowners’ lounge, hairdressing salon, activities and crafts room, spa suite and tranquil landscaped gardens. Furthermore flexible 24-hour onsite care and support will be available, should it be needed, from specialist care providers offering complete reassurance and peace of mind.
Future homeowners at The Chimes will also benefit from many local amenities and good transport links to the hustle and bustle of Manchester City Centre or the peace and quiet of the Peak District.
